Crypto.news is expanding and seeking a News Reporter (Asian time zone) to join our growing global team!

You should have experience writing about Web3 and be self-sufficient, a fast learner, and highly organized.

What you’ll be doing:

• Pitching and developing news story angles, working closely with editors and other reporters;
• Writing news briefs in a timely manner;
• Participating in editorial meetings; 
• Interviewing industry leaders and other sources;
• Helping to develop and implement editorial strategy;
• You may be asked to attend and report on industry events. 

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 3 years of journalism or other writing experience;
• Portfolio (preferably link(s) to published work);
• Proven attention to detail, research skills, and journalistic excellence in your past work;
• Ability to juggle multiple stories and deadlines;
• Deep familiarity with the web3 industry/markets (preferably, you have past experience reporting on the industry);
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
