Affiliate Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Sales Professional to join our team and oversee the affiliate marketing program. The person will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliates, optimizing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring the successful execution of affiliate marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of affiliate operations, analytics, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly or biweekly reviews of affiliate campaigns.
  • Maintain reports through GA, track campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization strategies using content marketing, advertising, and strategic campaign placements on websites.
  • Coordinate with the Tech, UI, and SEO teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with affiliates.
  • Provide support and guidance to affiliates regarding campaign optimization and performance improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Manage the affiliate marketing budget, Monitor affiliate commission and payment processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of affiliate earnings.
  • Negotiate with affiliates to secure the best deals and partnerships.
  • Have a thorough understanding of each deal’s terms and conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with campaign optimization techniques and content marketing strategies.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and commissions.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
